its gonna be 1st on top of that offer to nyr to get them to move Kreider. He is on pace for 60+ points 30+ goals and 2 years at 4.6m which is incredibly cheap, also donato is a B Teir prospect while Lauzon is between B- and C+. I can see debrusk and a 1st potentially prying kreider away or at least get nyr attention.

Lauzon would be your #2LHD the day he's acquired, the kid is that good. The only reason he's no in the NHL right now is because Boston has 4 LHD already on the roster. Its actually because of Lauzon and Vaak that Grz is available.

Doesn't matter though because Boston isn't trading Donato this soon after going pro and Lauzon is consider part of our core 4 future defense, along with McAvoy, Carlo and Vaak.

I can't see Backes being moved until the off-season after Boston has paid out his $3 million bonus

Unlike guys like Lucic, I think Backes is actually movable. If you retain some salary and maybe throw in a sweetener it would probably entice a team.
