Hall for Larsson
Eberle for Strome
Picks for Reinhart (selecting Barzal although reportedly the Oilers weren't going to select him. I'll ignore the 2nd pick to make it easier)

Which undoes the following signings:
Kris Russell (4x4m - horrible contract)
Lucic (7x6m - what a stupid contract)
Gryba (2x900k - don't give term to bottom of the roster options)

Assumed signings:
Jason Demers for his full cap amount (isn't captured here because there was retained salary in his trade but close enough)
- this could also work if you add more money and "overpay" Demers so you don't have to trade Hall. If you want to "trade down" you could probably sign Franson short term and re-assess in free agency in 2018

Weaknesses:
Defense clearly; Larsson is no slouch but it shouldn't have cost Hall to get him. Mark Fayne will have to do for one year (you're paying him anyways) or they could sign Franson as a stop gap (or kept Davidson)
