Florida needs to score more AND defend better, Nash is one of the best 2 way players in the game, while he may not be scoring like he used to he is valuable on PK and still is good for 20 goals a year, and after this year he will not command nearly as much, Im thinking in the 4-5 million range which is doable. Also Hayes for Bjugstad is a swap for two players that may need a relocation, similar age and scoring with Hayes showing more consistency but mostly an even trade, Hayes will get around 4 million per year on next contract so thats a wash. Holden is thrown in for good measure and with new system could perform well. If it isn't enough I would throw in a 4th rounder too. Kane and Krieder are almost identical, Krider is better defensively and Kane ore offensively, Buffalo needs defense and Offense while the rangers need Grit and Speed and Scoring touch and SHOTS SHOTS SHOTS thus even swap. McDonaugh is a no brainer and is miles beyond SCandella, however Scandell his cheaper and with Skeji and Shattenkirk we have to move someone and McDOnaugh has M-NMC and low cap hit and thus easiest to move. All in all i think the trades are fair and help all teams.
