I agree Mittlestadt would definitely move up given his performance at the WJ's, Nico's play as the #1 Center for the NJD's firmly places him #1 overall. No chance would Mittlestadt be playing in a top line role on a playoff team right now. Think about what Nico would be doing if playing in the World Junior's this year. He'd be even more dominant than he was last year. Also, Mittlestadt is a Wing and Nico is a Center. Nico plays a 200 foot game and is very responsible defensively.

That being said, I'd definitely take Mittlestadt over Nolan Patrick. His speed and playmaking ability make Mittlestadt a more valuable asset than Patrick, who lacks the same ability to create offense on the rushing on the power play that Mittlestadt possesses.
