You're way off on player values. No chance those deals get done as is

Miller for 3.5 is lunacy unless it’s on a 1 year are deal is crazy. Neal will get 6-6.5. Hayes is also underpaid

Cap hits too low on the contracts signed, and you have no money coming off the books with McDonagh, Buchnevich, Deangelo, and Zuccarello due contracts.
