lol i know anaheim isn't rebuilding, the point of it is to see what'd they'd get for their players if they were, I don't take into consideration if they'd waive their NMC's in this, it's basically just to see value

But how do you value a player if you don't consider a teams desire to move said player. We don't want to move Getzlaf and, therefore, would demand a kings ransomfor him i.e. a younger top 10 C in the league. However, that's also completely unrealistic as no team would offer such a player for Getzlaf. But we're fine with that because we don't want to move him anyway. The point I'm getting at is your deals only make sense if we were actively trying to move said players, but we wouldn't and aren't. Hence, this is completely pointless.
