Dude? Ottawa's 2018 1st round pick is top 10 protected as long as Ottawa stays in the bottom 10 that pick is theirs not Colorado not hard to figure that out. So in other words the pick can't be traded.

Seems like incredibly wishful thinking with many of these deals. I don't see Grabner going for a 1st , nor do I see Nash going for a first another draft pick and Sam Steel even if the Rangers do through in a 2nd. Finally, your Sens trade. No way Joe Sakic would ever make that deal. Just look at how long it took him to trade Matt Duchene.
