Pouliot's $1,333,333 x4yrs wouldn't exist so add $2,850,000 to the salary cap ($64,385,333 cap hit).
Draisaitl gets $7m max under a proper GM negotiating, so take $1.5 off the cap ($62,885,333 cap hit).
Cap space - $12,114,667.

This is all depressing. Chiarelli only knows "heavy hockey", so he blew it up. The team didn't need to blown up. It needed tinkering. Like Babcock said this week "you need good players". We already had them when Chia arrived. He gave them away cause he was desperate to prove his way was right.
