this actually makes sense
CHI is in a position where they can draft a decent RD in a draft with 13/31 picks playing D most of them Righty's

VAN dumps a player who doesnt have the star power to be a reliable top 6 but could be a solid fit for CHI third line
which hasnt been at contender status since Shaw left . maybe Saad-Eriksson on wing could work out with Hartman Centering them

VAN is stuck with a long contract but honestly you need a D mentor on back and Seabrook is no doubt that.

No thanks to archibald, dowd, chaput, labate, and the overpayed overrated kane gets a raise? No way. We dont need to resign wiecioch for that much. Holm, juolevi, and pouliot are our guys. That eriksson to chicago deal is the only good thing about his thread.
