I sucks because our D is still crazy expensive and totally underperforming for the $$, and we dont need helm, they should trade him this year before deadline and pull up AA for his spot,

I say this all the time, DET is lacking a true #1 D and has been for years. It's a team full of 3-4 pairing Dman. Only Danny K shows he could be a 2. I'd like to see NyQuist and a prospect or pick packaged for Shattenkirk or Vatanen.

def. agree with you i would prefer shattenkirk but even he i believe is a #2, a really good one, but they wanna trade him because pietrangelo is the #1
