Description
Impossible for all these deals... but each on its own is reasonable? Burrows, Mrazek, Martin, and Seabrook eating bad contracts with some compensation attached. Burrows reunited with Sedins for last 25 games, then buyout next year. No Sedins next year means 14million in cap space. Seabrook to mentor Juolevi. Nilsson is cheap insurance for Calgary if Smith stays injured. Bring Gaudette, Pettersson, and Dahlen up next year.... pray to god we get Dahlin!

Wow almost all these trades are actually fantastic. Couple key points...

1) You can probably pry more from CHI into retain salary and into giving up a 1st as well, but either way, I love it
2) Think more LA for Vanek then VGK
3) That DET was pretty bad not going to lie. Mrazek has alot of value in DET as their future starter. Don't even bother helping them as they are llooking to trade with NYI

A bunch of Great deals but I have 3 problems. 1 Vanek can get us more than that. 2 Even as a dump, Chicago definitely has the right to ask for more than that, those are still two big names. 3 I just don't like that Arizona trade at all, get rid of del zotto and edler, pouliot is going to be our guy. Goldobin has been great in the ahl but hasn't played enough of an NHL sample size to make any assumptions about him, and I'd like to keep that second.

I don't think the current "Real" GM f Vancouver will do any better than a 2 for Vanek. Domi is a stud, will not be available for spare parts.
