That's fair value. Expensive but plan the parade for TBL!

Not sure why Dzingel is in there but his value is probably the 2nd. So karlsson for Sergachev Raddysh and a 1st is pretty good value, but then dumping Callahan on us with that contract is scary. Is it way too greedy to ask for Callan Foote to pay for the price of the capdump/division rivalry fee/trading away our franchise player?

Maybe do that and make the picks conditional? If he re-signs, we get the picks (make them 2019 or 2020). If not, you keep them.

No it's definitely not to much Callahan contract is horrid so the proposal you threw out is quite realistic

TB would not have the salary cap room if they don't trade away Callahan. Maybe switch Dzingel for Pyatt would make it more even?

I don't think TB would be open to trading their top 2 Defensive prospect knowing that they wont be able to resign Karlsson after his contract expires.
