Now that Holden's gone

Salary Cap Mode: Basic
Description
I made this based on reports and speculation. Pretty much all of them are up for debate. And I can't see McDonagh being dealt until draft. Tried working a bunch of trades on here that either favor rangers or lightning. Not going to get proper value for him now.
Trades
1.
NYR
  1. Schmaltz, Jordan
  2. 2018 2nd round pick (STL)
STL
  1. Grabner, Michael
Additional Details:
2nd rounder and something said to be believed asking price for grabner on TSN by Mackenzie today. If that's really the return (I really wish it was a first), I think this is what it could look like. Schmaltz needs nhl minutes and would definitely see a good amount for the rest of this season. Grabner fits Blues cap situation nicely.
2.
NYR
  1. Bjorkstrand, Oliver
  2. 2018 1st round pick (CBJ)
CBJ
  1. Nash, Rick ($3,900,000 retained)
Additional Details:
Something here. Rangers scouting columbus tonight. One of rangers writers Adam Herman thinks it could involve Nash for something involving Bjorkstrand. In a separate article, Brooks speculated CBJ could be one of unidentified suitors for McDonagh. In the end I don't think anything is going to happen between either team, but here is what I think a potential Nash trade could look like if Bjorkstrand is in fact being scouted.
3.
NYR
  1. Roslovic, Jack
  2. 2018 1st round pick (WPG)
WPG
  1. Zuccarello, Mats
Additional Details:
Maybe not a first with Roslovic. Some don't even think Nashville would give up a first and Fabbro for Zucc (I think they would). Winnipeg was listed as one of three teams that make sense for Zucc on nhl.com. They have cap space to get deal done and another offensive threat who is a terrific passer would greatly help winnipeg make a run deep into the playoffs. Could slot in anywhere on top 9 and make a team with an overpowered offense even more of a nightmare for whoever's defense. Prospect pool is so deep here that giving up Roslovic does not hurt.
4.
CAR
  1. Miller, J.T.
  2. 2018 2nd round pick (NYR)
Additional Details:
Another speculation idea that has floated around. I think this gets it done, and even if rebuilding giving up pick is worth it for faulk. Miller brings needed scoring to team that needs it.
