      Not, bad.
      Bouchard is a great defenseman that could prepare Edmonton furthermore for a dynasty. You can get a better player than Serron Noel with the late first.

      I like it I especially like the stipulation thing is they don't need to retain on steam seeing as they're already picking up 11 million in cap space

      The Blues don't have the cap space for a deal like that. Steen is too injury prone for my liking.

      They don't need to retain I guess but they actually could make the cap work with the cap going up. Following next season they will have another 7.5 million in cap space with JB and Gunnarson coming of the books
