Montréal need a good center, not an old dusty center with an over pay contract

Montreal is not going to trade Petry. He's pretty much the only dman who can skate and move the puck on their roster (should've kept Markov). Honestly they'll probably re-sign Plekanec who plays the same role as Nielsen, but he'll have a friendlier contract. I agree with most of your signings, just the terms are a bit off. Larkin will probably be signing an 8 year contract, Mantha signs a 2 year bridge deal (he's not the most consistent player), and Green signs for 2-3 years. The old guys in GR will probably be gone ( maybe with the exception of Tangradi), we don't want a log jam. I too think Ericsson will be on the trading block this summer, especially to a west coast team. Dallas is an interesting choice because they'll be wanting to open up spots for Honka and their other young D. Then again I could see Hamhuis retiring and Methot's injuries causing worry to management so it could work with Riggy being a short term fix for them and he would waive his NTC to go to a contender. Anaheim and San Jose look like good trade partners too.
