Short term deals, retaining salary won't be an issue as cap space is plentiful. Use you brain love <3

No. Absolutely not. While O'Reilly is pretty much what we hope PLD eventually becomes, it's far more prudent for us to let PLD develop (since he's looking better and better as time goes on) and save on the cap hit so that we can retain our core.
