Domi isn't a 4m player and OEL isn't an 8m player. Two players short of a full roster an no cap space. What it shows to Tavares is the Isles management is still bad.

You can't have a 10M$ 4th line. it's just bad business

with this structure, they can'T resign Barzal, Beauvilier and Bellows when their rookie deals are done.

They don'T need Domi, They need to find a way to dump Ladd elsewhere, that's what they really need

De Haan (even with injury) is getting paid too little and you overvalued Hickey. CDH gets 4x4 absolute minimum IMO. Don't need to bring back Hickey. Plus that AZ trade is basically spare parts.
