I’m lost on how you resign Mathews, Marner and Seguin the next year. That’s $29 million you have to sign under the cap next year

Now if he said 'Here is a realistic set of trades and UFA signings' then I would challenge the concept but when he says he is a hockey fan of the Leafs and would love to have a team like this that would actually fit under the cap I read it and think 'Yeah, this is a nice fantasy team that would still fit under the cap' and join the dream.

Not sure if that makes sense on how I evaluate teams posted here.
