At the draft ideally get Wahlstrom or Hughes at #8, package a late first plus a second to move up in the first round
Namestniokov moved due to abundance of centers
Vesey isn't that great but I think a team will overpay for him
Kovalchuk signing helps facilitate Shestyorkin and Rykov coming over from Russia following year
Hope that Brendan Smith has a bounce-back year to at least be a serviceable defenseman

Winnipeg already has enough offensive fire power and players who can fill Vesey's role much better than he can. No reason for them to give up a 2nd round pick for him

It can be any team really that's just the general template. I also don't think Vesey is worth a 2nd round pick, but I think a team will be dumb enough to overpay for him
