Description
I think the needs, as well as the values are pretty close. I can see this team being a fringe team, but probably just missing the playoffs. Really the sucess of this team depends on the progression of Juolevi, Pettersson and Dahlen, and the team NOT GETTING INJURED.


Hopefully Canucks can take Adam Boqvist 6th overall. Plays in SHL one more year.


I'm honestly most proud of my line combinations. I think they all could be successful.

You are HILARIOUS!!! Leafs aren't giving up Nylander unless Brock Boeser is in the deal. And thered be no reason to so no chance. Leafs could take Tanev for say... Timashov and a 4th? You said it yourself, he's incredibly injury prone so why do the Leafs need him.

So basically your trade is Nylander, Martin, a 3rd (the other 2 cancel each other out) for a roster spot in Virtanen, a 3rd line C we don't need, and and injury prone defenceman we also don't need.

I already know you're a biased Toronto fan by the fact you said Tanev for Timoshov and a 4th. Did you know that the leafs almost pulled the trigger on Tanev for Liljegren and a 2nd. Virtanen has yes taken longer to progress, but is definately had elite speed, and a decent shot. Tanev would arguably be your second best defenseman, maybe third best. Say he's lower than 3rd best and I'll call a mental health hospital for you. Don't forget that Martin is a cap dump and lowers the value. Finally, you obviously have never heard of Brisebois, who is having a solid season in the NHL and will probably crack the NHL roster in 2 years.

Also Toronto is my second favorite team, and I see the trade fair both ways.

I am a biased Leafs fan but I said that as a joke.

Yes I did know they were close but you know the funniest thing happened... they didn't trade for him.

I've actually followed Jake for the soul reason that we could've had him and wanted to see how they compare. I am ESTATIC the Leafs ended up with Willy instead.

As for Brisebois, no I have no idea who he is and I have 0 interest in learning about him.

My 2nd team is the Preds but you don't see me posting a Josi Ellis and Forsberg for peanuts team... (except that one time as a joke but I literally put in the name WISH LIST)
