So at 3 you want them to draft Wahlstrom instead of Zadina?
If you want to do that, call Ottawa, and trade back. Atleast you could get a another pick or something. But not taking one of those 3 in this draft isnt a smart idea in my opinion. I would rather trade back. #3 for #4, plus a 3rd or something.

Sorry NO: If Carolina draft Zadina... we keep our No#3 fro Svechnikov
If Carolina get Svech... MTL trade is #3 to Arz for is No#5 (Whalstrom)+ Domi
I think getting Domi + Whalstrom is higher than Zadina it self.

100% agreed. If im MTL I dont draft Zadina at 3. its either Svech at 3 or trade back or trade that #3 for a #1C.

Ya I see no issues with those trades. Any time I see Schlemko for anything of value I usually get concerned. haha
but other then that Im sure those are all good. think Dallas would move Honka instead of janmark? I have always like Honka, but I feel like Im being way to greedy if they included Honka and teh 2018 1st.

Yes Dallas as no other RHD than Klingberg... than Honka as Pateryn is more like bottom D.
Janmark always played behind: Seguin, Spezza, Hanzal and now behind Faksa & Shore.
I would prefer asking for Faksa but it will be a deal breaker... so lets not getting to greedy

In regards of Schlemko... he had great moment @ Florida and they need D depth... so I was thinking to trade a low 2nd for a high second for him... nothing too fancy!

Two centers in the first round may not be the best idea, unless you are picking a skilled defensemen like Beaudin or Tychonick with one of your 2nds.

With MTL C problems... need more than one prospect in case they failed!
The goal was to develop 1 top C in the next 2-3years... I think Walhstrom would be the guy in a year or two... and Veleno can be 2/3C in 3 years... so in 3 years Rask, Danault would be tradeable or closed to UFA.
Adding Peohling in the mixed I think future would be fixed at C for the next 10 years.... Again if @ #13 team went strong on C player... maybe their will be a GREAT D Prospect available like Dobson, Smith?
I agree, with all our 3x2nd= I'll go with Beaudin, Kandre Miller, Lundkvist type of player.
