A lower skilled left handed D man is kind of the last thing Ottawa needs. I'd take Tatar and Tuch + two 1st round picks (2019 + 2020) the second of which can be conditional on games played, points earned or playoff success - if conditions aren't met it becomes a 2nd (in 2020).
