No he won't command a bigger contract if it is a 2 year bridge contract. i would argue that the amount would actually be much less if it is a bridge contract. He is either gonna sign a longterm deal for over 4million or do a bridge deal (2 YEARS) for a contract around 2 million. LOOK AT COMPAREABLES

As for Puljujarvi and Skinner on line 2, I figure Leon can drive that line with Nash and be complimented by Khaira, but that 3rd line needs a driver like Skinner and Puljujarvi may compliment that

Lucic value is at an all time low. Culture =/= horrible contracts.

Jeff Skinner is a 30 goal scorer, he needs a center that allows him to score goals. As for Puljujarvi you can just look at his 5v5/60 scoring with McDavid, Draisaitl and Strome to see the answer. With Strome his production is 50% less.
