I like it but Carolina has already said that they are looking for goalies so if the leafs put in sparks in that trade instead of Kapanen it could work out better for both teams

I really don't like the dollar and term on the Nash signing. I like Nash as a 3/4C that can move up your lineup but I'm definitely not paying over 3 million for his services. If that doesn't get him then I'll gladly let another team pay 4 mill for him.

Faulk deal might not have enough value. But if Faulk was the guy we wanted something along Kapanen/Faulk could work. I personally don't like Faulk for our team but I'll try to forget about that for arguments sake.

Being 61 million under the cap isn't great either :P

Yeah maybe, I’m not positive that would be enough but you never know

Yeah I did the cap wrong it’s supposed to have 1 more zero and I think Nash is a solid deal and the leafs have enough money for him and his solid third line value.

Faulk deal might not have enough value. But if Faulk was the guy we wanted something along Kapanen/Faulk could work. I personally don't like Faulk for our team but I'll try to forget about that for arguments sake.
