I like this a lot.
There is an expansion game on here, where there is a bunch of expansion drafts. Care to join?

What's the point of this? You're adding to a strength which is forward and deducting from a weakness which is the defense? Not realistic at all

You don't need to have great defensemen to play great defense. The Pens showed that in the second cup run. It doesn't matter if your strength is goal scoring, if you have a chance to get a player like Tavares you have to try to sign him.

Signing Tavares destroys the future, they need to sign guys like Guentzel, Sprong, Murray, Reese. And if you watched a single minute of Pens hockey, you know that the defense was a weakness for them, they have to upgrade if they plan to contend

It is a weakness. And if you watched any penguins hockey this season you would know that I corrected those problems by trading Letang sho was responsible for more scoring chances against per 60 minutes than any dman on the roster and Kessel who is a liability when he isn't on the PP and only affects the game negatively when he doesn't have the puck. Tavares creates a positive effect all over the ice and doesn't make egregious turnovers. Bjugstad is a good power forward can change a game by earning his goals around the net like Horny. We could use more of that. And the fact that you think Reese is part of our future shows you don't know a thing about pens hockey. You must just listen to those college hockey rants that Pierre McGuire goes on.

You couldn't be more wrong, nothing against Sprong and ZAR but they aren't players of the future, they are just middle six to bottom 9 roster spots. Not to Mention Tavares single handely extends our window and brightens the future.

Absolutely. In fact, he would probably be our best and or most important players in 3-4 years.
