Well it's only speculation because i don't think it will ever happen.
Let me know your thoughts and comments because personnaly, it is what i would like to see.
For the canes trade, i think Carolina needs more winger / scorer and even though they pick up Svechnikov at 2nd, maybe he won't have the same impact if Pacioretty and/or Galchenyuk are coming. I think they can easily pick up 60 pts and more.
The Habs get in return a young LHD in Noah Hanifin, a good center prospect in Necas. You add Svechnikov and the Habs are build for the future.
I really wanted to trade Shaw and i heard that Winnipeg shown interest before the deadline.
PHI may needs a good LHD in Alzner (maybe the Habs could retain a % of his salary too).
After, there's the Canucks trade. I really loved watching Stautner i think he will be a good top-4 D. Canucks is still a young team and Scherbak and Lindgren could be good acquisitions for their future because Scherbak can have a 45+ pts season and Lindgren is a future #1 goalie.
However, there's a lot of other defenseman that the Habs could get in return of those.
I know there's still a lot of cap space but they'll have to sign Necas, Svechnikov, Zadina in the future so...
Im not sure about the Canucks trade, so let me know overall what you think about my line-up..
And Lehkonen on the second line is a bit weird so maybe i could add a LW.
