Ottawa Trade:
-Ottawa gets 3 top prospects from Arizona and 2 picks in return for EK.
-Ottawa also gets to shed Ryan's salary.

Montreal Trade:
-MTL gets a top 9 F

Florida trade:
-FLA gets a top 6 winger (he can be with a good supporting cast)

They will probably have to buyout or trade Goligoski and Stepan next year to free up cap space (both are on M-NTC next year).

The chances Tavares signs in the Dessert or relatively slim, he wants to stay as close to home as possible, if he’s signing far from home, sure.. he will take a pay rise of 12 mill, but it should also be noted he wants to go to a contender if that’s so, or why would he leave the Islanders.

The Karsson trade isn’t bad, maybe a bit more to Ottawa. But would he accept a trade to Arizona? Because he has a no trade clause.

Don’t think Montreal will fully take the cap of Kruger

Agreed. Unless some how, the Coyotes convince him that they will become a contender. Even then, probably not.

Don't think they'll take Krugers full cap hit? Why on God's earth would they trade a second round pick for Kruger when he's been traded for nothing from the blackhawks to the knights then to carolina, then put in the AHL, then traded to Arizona...

Lol, again not realistic. Just picked MTL and a pick. Changed it to a 7th. I'm sure someone could use him. He's still got life left.
