No way Red Wings pass on Bouchard at 6. Right handed shot considered to be 2nd best d-man in the draft. Hughes is a left handed shot and small 5-9.

Hughes plays in Michigan he was chilling with Holland at a Dinner in Buffalo, although Bouchard actually might get selected

Hughes will be a top unit power play specialist and a bottom 4 d-man. He is a defensive liability at 5-9 and 170 lb. Pushed around at times at U of M. The Red Wings already have to many smurf d-men in the system. Bouchard is an all around d -man that can play in all situations.

Don't think it matters who Wings take he is just trying to show MTL interest in Kotaniemi could push a RHD to the Oilers

It will matter if the Red Wings take that RHD that the Oilers want.

It won't really because if all RHD are taken by that point there's still Wahlstrom which fills the sniper RW the Oilers still need as well. Our LD is strong so as long as Hughes doesn't magically fall to 10 then will be better option for us then Ty Smith.

The Oilers will be stuck with Ty Smith and like it. Even though he's LD.

Well I can see them taking Jesperi over Ty Smith now with his rise

As an Oiler fan I think Wahlstrom would be the best pick, followed by Boqvist and Dobson.

Kotkanemei would be a good pick too if Wahlstrom, Dobson, and Boqvist are not there. Wouldn't touch Ty Smith.
