I don’t see Carolina trading Skinner for Girgensons. Bogo is a cap dump for them, they’re taking that first to take him and the goalies are pretty much an even swap

They're most likely moving Faulk so will need another RHD (cap space not an issue in CAR, but this simply is not a camp dump. Bogosian is a capable D.. good in locker room too). Skinner is pending UFA so they need to get something for him. Lehner is certainly an upgrade over Darling. Both need a change of scenery and CAR doesn't want Darling's term as it stands for another 3 years.

BUF may need to increase their proposal but this is close.
