My dream come true is that Detroit trades up for either Svechnikov or Zadina depending on whom Carolina takes, And actually the Vegas pick is #30 not #31 that's Washington.

OK lets assume Carolina takes Zadina and now Svechnikov is available at 3. What do you think detroit is willing to offer to get him? because you know the above trade won't cut it in the slightest. Moving down from 3 - 6 and moving up from 35 -30 isn't the same. One costs a lot more than the other, especially if Svechnikov is available. there will be plenty of teams willing to trade up for specifically.

I think if Svechnikov is available @3 it'll have to be:

Detroit 1st + Vegas 1st + maybe Detroit 4th?
for
Montreal 1st

If Zadina is available at 3 I think its :

Detroit 1st + Vegas 1st
for
Montreal 1st + Washington 2nd

I know Necas played well with Zadina, but he'll play even better with Svechnikov. He's just a better player.
