Nylander would demand a trade if the Leafs lowballed him like that. The guy is right there with Marner as far as Talent is concerned. Needs to put in maximum effort more consistently but if he does, he could be a dominant 2C in this League. He'll get over 6.5 and anywhere between 6 and 8 years. I'm hoping for 8x7 or 7.25. Also Trouba's getting 6x6 I'd bet.

he doesnt deserve anything over 5.5 right now. maybe 5x4 is a little long, i would do a bridge at either 2-3 years at that and let him prove himself. Marner is way more talented than him right now, and like i said. until he proves himself, he shouldnt get more. id go as high as 4x5 for trouba. like nylander, he hasnt really earned that type of money yet.
