I agree that Hexy will probably do something like this on offense. Sheanan isn’t that good of a player but he’s faster than Lethera and Filppula so a little bit of an upgrade. Maybe Vorbyrov makes the team because they said he almost did out of camp last season. I do think Hexy makes a play to get a right handed Dman at some point next season maybe a top 4 guy if Myers doesn’t look ready for that role quite yet. I could see him trading a fringe roster player like Raffl for rights to Voynov.

I sure as hell hope they don't go after Voynov. I'm all for second chances, but for what he is accused of, I don't want him anywhere near Philly.

Honestly he’s probably the most likely best scenario for Flyers to acquire a Top 4 Dman like Hexy has said. In terms of cost all that baggage makes him fairly cheap. He’s a right handed shot and has been playing so not just standing pat.
