MTL had a hard enough time scoring goals last year. If you remove Pacioretty - on top of already trading Galchenyuk - then MTL's gameplan will be to win each game 1-0...

If it were me I would rather keep Patches ... but if you go by what you read and the fact that MTL has actively shopped him around, why would you want to stay and if you did, as much as these are professionals is there the desire to compete for a team that management doesn't want you. In this scenario I would be happy to not make the trade. Thanks for the input! Cheers!
