Would be lovely for Leaf fans but really I guess this would be for a one year push. Because you dont stand a chance of resigning all of Mathews, Karlsson and Marner next year.

Question...why on earth would you give Johnsson a 2mill per year contract? The guy so far has been a career AHLer and played 9 games in the NHL. He has looked good in those 9 but not near enough to merit that kind of money.

I gave Johnsson 2 Mil because this is an armhcair gm and i didnt want to type like 1.25 or something

A lot of people on Cap Friendly are throwing obscure numbers at Johnsson. I'd be surprised if he made more than 925 k next year.
