While I really do hate calling players untouchable, since I know that every player can be had, for a price, I would say Cody Glass (good on you for not including him) and Shea Theodore are the closest things to untouchable on this team. The deal that Vegas and Ottawa had at the deadline included Suzuki, Brannstrom, a 1st round pick in 2018 (which they subsequently used for Tatar), a 1st round pick in 2019 and a 2nd round pick in 2019. I am unsure if there were any players from Vegas' NHL roster that was included or discussed. The sticking point was that Senators insisted Vegas take Bobby Ryan and include Glass in the deal instead of Suzuki. Vegas has agreed on the first part, but not on the second and that's where the deal ended. Now that the are resuming talks, I am unsure if there is still that stalemate or not, but I would think Theodore, Tuch, Glass and Schmidt are all staying put.
