I think its good but you don't have enough players on the roster. I realize the cap forced this, but you realistically need 14 forwards and 7 defence. I think the trade is actually pretty fair, but for this to be realistic one of Lucic/Sekera/Russell would need to waive their NMC in order to clear enough cap space and fill out the 23 man roster.
