Yeah that's, uh... not a great move to get rid of Thomas like that. Krug is a good pickup, but Thomas is a reportedly NHL-ready centre. Not something that can be moved for a second pairing D and a 3rd round pick.

The Blues just solidified their center position without giving up Kyrou or Thomas. You now want to trade Thomas for defense??
