Everything's perfect, I would just remove Rinaldo and put Ferraro there and the 13th forward could be Paul Carey @ 900,000 from UFA and instead of signing Russel and Ehroff, keep Morrow in the last pair and sign Yandle @5.5

If you're not gonna resign Krug, trade his rights for a pick or something, like Krug to EDM for Yakupov and a 3rd round pick, leaving the lines at:

Didn't think about the krug trade (kind of rushed this), but makes sense as they might be able to grab a later pick. I'm up in the air with Yandle and wouldn't want give him the years he probably will get.

Really like this. Truly believe that MIN is one of the few teams that possess exactly what the B's need and would be willing to deal. I'd prefer to deal a forward prospect from last years draft, DeBrusk, rather than Zboril. Plus they have other D prospects closer to being NHL ready. And agree with the Yandle deal. Ehrhoff doesnt offer much the B's don't already have.

It's not just Vanek, it's Dumba's rights. Dumping Vanek's $ is half the reason MIN would do this deal.

From a Wild fan's perspective - very interesting! I'm a big Dumba fan and don't want to get rid of him and Vanek only has 1 year left on his deal so it isn't a HUGE favor to include him in the deal. I also like Zboril a lot, but the Wild needs forward prospects more than D prospects. If Zboril was a right-handed shot, I'd feel better about this. The Wild have too many left-shot d-men as it is. I'd do this deal if you swapped out whoever is the best forward prospect from the Bruins draft last season for Zboril and keep the rest the same....maybe add a 2018 2nd rounder.
