It really doesn't fit the whole rebuild model. But hey, if I'm the GM of columbus and I know panarin is out next year anyway, I take Kevin Hayes as my 2-3 C. It gives really good depth down the middle. You have a strong blue line, and a good goalie. You can build on that.
