Interesting, consensus deal. But, TBL won't improve that much by acquiring Karlsson, although it would be neat to see a team with 3 top-2 guys on there. I've been wondering whether COL might be in on a trade, with Ottawa trying to reacquire their 1st rounder. Idk how it could look, but Karlsson could go to COL for a high defensive prospect, a middle six forward and 2019 1st OTT. I don't know COL well enough to name a prospect - maybe another 3-way blockbuster?

Because Jack Hughes however good he might be is not going to help them strengthen the backend. Getting Karlsson would be a huge get and add a perennial Norris Trophy defenseman to a team that lacks on the backend.
