I think after last season and based on the fact Forsberg is most likely going to be the 3rd goalie for the hawks, he won't get more than a million and if he is dead set on 3 million or higher the hawks will trade him. Meaning either way they will be under the cap.

The number is realistic, but I don't think there is a reason for Panarin to go back since they traded him. There is also a possibility he could go to a team with a better shot at making it deep into the playoffs.
