Description

Ducks get four players they can use right now for a Cup run. They get a bonafide sniper, an excellent 200-foot LW/RW, a solid ready-to-roll Dman, plus a big C/RW project, who could learn from watching how Getzlaf plays the game.

Assuming the Ducks are feeling some urgency to ice a better team this year, this is a good deal for both clubs. If the Ducks want to take their chances with developing Comtois and Jones, it won't excite them much.
