Other than the goaltender trade, your suggested transactions seem fair and make sense, although I question whether Dallas wants to take on yet another UFA to re-sign next year.

are you insane...the Stone deal is a massive rip off by EDM, Stone is a top 10 RW in the league. a undersized RW that some say could be a bust and a 2nd will not get you Stone even as a rental.

Yeah but he's probably going to be UFA at the end of the year so his value is lower.

no he wont be, OTT is going to Trade EK, the reason Stone only signed a 1 year deal was because he does not want to be on a team with EK.

My guess is that if he doesn't get traded at the deadline, he's the first of Ottawa's UFA's out of there.
