This is just embarrassing, Ceci for 5 million, Yandle for 6 million, and almost no cap space for a team with no Erik Karlsson. You not only gave away Erik Karlsson for nothing, but you gave him away with a 25 goal scorer and one of Ottawa's top prospects for nothing at all. Good Job! Karlsson alone would get McDavid and Hall + in return, but obviously you don't watch hockey, so you wouldn't know.

Zbaddest, Im not sure you understand how Karlsson cant play Defense to save his life. Sure he might get you a point per game but he`s a plus 1 which is horrible for an 80 point scorer. You would have trouble getting McDavid alone for Karlsson. Getting rid of him and adding some offence might have gotten you in the playoffs

lol once again you clearly don't watch hockey, karlsson plays with horrible coaches, with no structure. plus/minus is meaningless, karlsson is always out when the net is empty, and he gets a lot of his points on the PP. Karlsson, if you have ever seen him play , is the best player in the league, he dominates whenever he wants, and he still hasn't even gotten to his prime. I wouldn't even do that trade with Smith and Paul alone, because Smith>eberle Paul will be better than RNH. Reinhart is a waste of cap space, and slepyshev sucks, Ottawa doesn't even want Russians. Go do your research buddy before you start making stupid trades like this. And btw, karlsson led the sens in blocked shots, and he has a ton of PK time, and he is really good defensively, but what do you know?
