No Ottawa is just a terrible franchise and is providing a terrible product to their fans. Carolina has shown with trades like the Hamilton one that they aren't morons like Ottawa. So no those trades are idiotic, Faulk doesn't have any team issues like Karlsson had and he definitely doesn't have the same clout.

Skinner was gone no matter what just like Karlsson so getting any value at all was a win. They're at fault for letting it get that far but they did salvage it.

strome has been slowly decreasing over the past couple of seasons, his value is low , his contract is pretty good for a competing team but for carolina getting little to non for faulk is ridiculous.
