Did you watch Johnsson in the pre-season? I think it would serve him best to start in the Marlies and work his way back up.

If Marincin is on the opening day line-up, the Leafs will stay where they were defensively last year. For this team to make it past the first round of the playoffs, they need to tighten up defensively seeing as they've built their d-core by committee.

he was the best player in the american league and he was amazing when he played with the leafs last year.. he has done everything he could do to make this team an ok training camp doesnt mean anything compared to everything else he has done... get recency bias out of your head...
