Description
Bruins off-season will have to start with them doing what it takes to acquire a top defenseman (Trouba). If they're lucky they can take advantage of a team with cap trouble (what happened to Boston when they traded Boychuk) to acquire that defenseman. They also need to figure out which RFA's are in their future plans so they can recover picks for the one's that are not. Bringing back Kelly will give the team the leadership they were missing all last year. The addition of Vrbata could be a steal for the Bruins given his international chemistry with Czech teammate Krejci. He will also come fairly cheap after a rough season in Vancouver. Bringing him in will give the Bruins time to develop their younger wingers (Senyshyn, Debrusk, Heinen). Buying out Seidenberg should be a key move this offseason unless they can find a taker for his contract. Lastly, bringing up Subban in a backup role would give Rask more of a competition rather than bringing in an outside candidate even if it makes Subban eligible for the expansion draft.

          Nice job. Conservative. I'm not sure what Winnipeg would want for Trouba or even if they would move him but your in the ball park.

          Trouba is exactly what the Bruins need, not sure if they're willing to pay the price. Don't know if the Bruins fans will love Vrbata but he should add some scoring that will be lost from losing Eriksson as long as Juilien let's him play. Hope Vesey signs. Pretty soft group of forwards, especially RW. Lots of cap space to sign another UFA. All said pretty good job.
