Why would Giroux and voracek leave and wouldn't Couturier leave in that case as well
The flyers will be really good in a few years if/When Hart pans out

they're not that old. they will retire after their contracts expire
Also, the flyers would face cap penalties for early retirement

That's not true. A penalty would only be applied if the contract was signed when they were 35 or older and the player retired or for certain very long/front loaded deals that were deemed to be structured to circumvent the cap. Neither of those would apply to Giroux or Voracek's contract. That being said I highly doubt either player would retire at the end of their contracts as Giroux would be 33-34 and Voracek would be 34-35.
