Not on topic whatsoever, but asking one of the Stars fans on here I know, what’s the value on Oettinger? Was contemplating a trade for him on an ACGM.

I’m not too sure exactly, but probably high because he is a 1st round pick in 2017. I think he was the first goalie taken in that draft. But me personally I’d say him and Colton Point have very high values

The first trade I don’t think the nucks bite on with the way virtanen is playing but it is a decent looking package with the first so maybe. The second trade seems like way too much for panarin. Would think a prospect and a first maybe a roster player depending on the prospect.

I was curious because I’d seen there’s a possibility he might hold out for free agency. With Bishop and Khudobin in the big leagues and Point already signed his contract, he might consider it. Not sure on your opinion on that though.

Yeah I was basing the value the way he’s been playing. Buddy has been on a tear lately. One of my fav players. And the Panarin trade is just based off of him likely signing an extension
