Description

A very early look at potential deadline moves.

Stempniak would be a cheap insurance option (better than a Gionta signing) that can be tested out on that line rather than Nordstrom.
Boyle can slide into 3C, even 4C if JFK sticks meaning Kuraly could shift to 4LW.

Not huge upgrade for the playoffs but cheap enough options that will keep them competitive. Still don't believe they can make it out of the Atlantic unless at least 2 of the young guys (Bjork, Heinen, Donato, JFK) step up into top 6 calibre players or the bruins make a blockbuster trade. Can't see them making one until the offseason though.
